- Chronic pain (Lower back, shoulders, knees, ankles, wrists, neck) / Stress relief for muscle tension caused by stress, physical activity, or repetitive motion in daily life.

- Nutrition Coaching focuses on individual nutrients and diets while taking into account various factors such as lifestyle, emotional well-being, and personal goals.
- Sleep, Stress & Recovery for individuals who are struggling with getting high quality sleep, stressed out and always low in energy.
Unfortunately during the early stages of injuries massage and corrective exercise are not recommended. During this stage (can be 1 day, can be up to 2 weeks from injuries) the body is running its course to heal itself. The best thing you can do now is optimising your sleep, diet and stress level to let your natural recovery mechanism do its work.
When you can start moving again with pain level of less than 6/10, we will then be able to help you find out the cause of injuries and address them post recovery.
For every client’s first session, we will run through a series of assessments to identify areas the client need help with and for us to know each other better.
This process usually starts with a series of questions followed by movement assessment and then your massage treatment or personal training, finishing off with some exercise recommendation that you can do at your own time and place.
